How we use your information

COMPLETE FINISH CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LTD uses the contact details, project information and photographs you provide to assess your request, prepare a quotation and contact you about the proposed work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Form delivery is handled by FormSubmit and the resulting enquiry is received and stored in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. FormSubmit states that submission records may be retained for up to 30 days. We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the quotation; if work proceeds, relevant records may be retained to meet contractual, tax and legal obligations. We do not use quotation details for marketing without separate permission.

Do not upload passports, identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information. To request access, correction or deletion of your information, email quotes@complete-finish.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
